Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were quite dull with some hygiene issues, yet spacious. The service, while a bit slow and limited in English, was saved by the kindness of the staff. The location near Shin-Osaka station was convenient and close to many amenities, making up for the outdated charm. The dining experience offered good variety but lacked non-fish options, and the facilities were decent. Overall, it was a stay with both ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were generally clean and tidy, but I did encounter some issues with the sanitary plumbing, leading to having to request a room change. There was also noticeable mold in the bathroom and near the bed, which was a bit concerning. On the bright side, the location was excellent, being very close to Shin-Osaka station for easy travel access. The service, although a bit slow at times, was superb with attentive staff. The dining options were satisfactory, leaning more towards Japanese cuisine. However, a few more non-fish options would have been appreciated. Despite some drawbacks, the proximity to transportation hubs and the helpful service made the stay enjoyable.
